Refund Request Within 72 Hours of Booking:
Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of the booking date shown on the receipt, whether payment was made via Fawry, Vodafone Cash, Visa, or bank deposit.
Notification will be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person at the company's headquarters in Cairo. Refunds will be made within 15 business days (excluding public holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays), after deducting a 7% administrative fee.
If the customer exceeds the specified 72-hour notification period, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount as compensation for the seat or service reservation. Refunds will be made within 15 business days from the date the request is approved.

Cancellation 45 days or more before the event:
If the customer cancels their participation or the booked service 45 business days or more before the event (excluding public holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays), the amount will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
If the event or service is canceled by the company, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction within 15 business days.

Event Date Change by the Company:
If the event date is changed by the company due to circumstances beyond its control, and the new date is not suitable for the customer, the full amount will be refunded within 15 business days from the date the customer announced their desire not to attend, without any deduction.
If the customer agreed to the new date and later withdraws, a 5% administrative fee will be applied.

Refund Requests Not Accepted 25 Days Before the Event:
Refund requests submitted within 25 days before the event will not be accepted, except in cases of force majeure approved by the company, such as illness or officially documented emergency circumstances.

Payment Verification and Receipts:
When paying via any electronic means (Fawry, Vodafone Cash, Visa, or bank deposit), the customer must contact the event organizers or the company within 72 hours of payment and send a clear copy of the receipt or payment notification.
After this period, the receipt will not be valid, and the transaction will be considered undocumented.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through Vodafone Cash only, after deducting the administrative percentage and bank or electronic transfer fees.
A value-added tax (14%) will be applied in accordance with Egyptian law for services provided or partially completed.

General Notes:

All periods mentioned are calculated on official business days only, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from bank or electronic payment company procedures.
The reservation is confirmed once a receipt or official confirmation is issued by the company.
